Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon can be King when it is made well! In walks Mi Sueno's 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon looking for a crown - and a throne. This wine shows a deep ruby core that fades to a mahogany rim. On the nose, the distinct aromas of blackberry, cherry, eucalyptus and spice possess developing character. The mouth feel is wonderful as the dusty integrated tannins mingle with the supple rich consistency and strong flavors that follows the nose. The full body sports an elegant structure, fresh acidity and is well balanced. The concentrated and intense finish is harmonious, distinguished and oh, so agreeable.
