Summertime is a wonderful time to indulge in a chilled glass
of Rose. A delightful recommendation is Holly's Hill 2004
Grenache Rose Traditionnel. Holly's Hill vineyards are
planted with the varietals of France's Rhone Valley. The wine has a medium orange rose color. Its youthful nose is full of pronounced aromas of raspberry, strawberry, floral and perfume. On the palate the wine provides pronounced flavors of strawberry and raspberry in a medium body. The wine is fully dry and has refreshing acidity along with a touch of light tannins. Alcohol at 14.4% provides plenty of warmth on its long finish. The wine is rich with aromas and flavors and is harmoniously balanced. |
