Danzante is a collaborative effort by two powerhouse wine
makers, Marchesi De' Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi. Danzante Sangiovese is a reliable and tasty weekday red that pairs well with pasta marinara as well as many other spicy dishes. The color is dark ruby and the nose is treated to aromas of cherries and spice. The tannins are smooth and soft with little to no drying. Sharp acidity works well for cleansing the palate. This medium bodied red has flavors that match. With distinct aromas and flavors this is a bottle of Sangiovese that should please many palates. |
