| Another Rose worthy of loving is the 2005 Bouchaine Rose of
Syrah from their Bacchus Collection. The wine shows a lovely
orange rose color. The nose has wonderful aromas of apple
blossoms and cranberries, along with hints of floral. Rich
flavors keep the palate pleased and zesty acidity provides a
solid structure. The finish is generous and tends to linger.
Fully dry this is a sound Rose offering loads of enjoyment. |
