A great value is the 2005 Viognier from Ledgewood. The wine
has a clear pale straw color. Aromas of mangos, honey dew
melon and peaches are enticingly mixed with aromas of
vanilla and honey. Ripe fruit flavors are plush within a
luscious body. Fresh acidity gives it consistent structure
along with a nice balance. A well made wine and worthy of
buying several bottles at a time. |
