Another fine example of a concentrated Shiraz from our friends down under. Australia Shiraz has become one of my favorite wines these days. Kangarilla starts you off with inky purple red color that looks not only dark but delicious. Wonderful aromas of blackberry and blueberry mix with savory chocolate and spice. This wine has great "mouth feel" as well with fleshy consistency and rounded tannins. The flavors are concentrated and defined. Although youthful, it is certainly approachable with a generous and lingering finish.

Cheers!
