The Levendi 2004 Red Hen Vineyard Chardonnay is simply enjoyable to drink. The wine shows a medium clear straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of apple, pineapple and honey mingle with toast and vanilla. In the mouth, the wine shows fresh acidity, with rich fruit flavors. Full bodied with a concentrated intensity that shows an agreeable complexity, this wine provides flowing balance from beginning to end and parts with a solid lingering finish.
