An enjoyable weekday Chardonnay that matches well with
several food dishes. It is a bright straw yellow with aromas
of apple and crisp citrus. The flavors are delicate and the
body lean. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation but
the ever present zesty acidity provides a good clean finish
or works well as a contrast pairing with rich food. The wine
spent 8 months in oak however the influence seems slight
which is nice when looking for a non buttery Chardonnay.
