Fond memories bring me back to when I recently tasted the
2004 Witness Tree Pinot Blanc. This wine was acquired during
a recent trip to the Oregon wine country. Peaceful, serene
and majestically beautiful, Oregon's wine country is place
to visit often. The 2004 Pinot Blanc is an exceptional wine. It shows a light clear straw color and possesses aromas of apple, honey, vanilla, pear and pineapple. Lively acidity makes this wine dance its light and lean body across the palate. Citrus flavors fill the mouth while the finish is solid and lingers with pure intensity. Harmonious complexity and sensuousness make this a wonderful wine. All this from a Pinot Blanc…you betcha! |
