| The 2000 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is showing its age
with a dark ruby core fading out to a garnet rim. Aromas of
wild berries, black currants and black olives along with
leather, smoky bacon and hints of clove provide a mouth
watering invitation. On the palate, the wine shows plenty of
structure with slightly drying tannins and zesty acidity.
This sinewy body has a firm consistency with a passable dry
finish. Drink now. |
