Domenico's 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon shows a dark ruby core
fading to a light ruby rim. The nose is treated to aromas of
sweet smoky oak, spice/clove and vanilla along with red
fruit like currants and raspberries. The palate is firm with
lively acidity and medium tannins. The red fruit follows
through in the mouth as well. With ample body, the wine
finishes clean with a moment longer to linger. It's
definitely a good food wine.
